Artist Statement
My work combines printmaking, drawing and collage. These recent pieces reflect concerns about rising sea levels, overfishing and migration by boat. I spent much of my childhood rowing boats on the Saugatuck river and sailing on the Long Island Sound. The exuberant, expressive mark making reflects the joys and perils of ocean journeys.

I received an honorable mention at South Shore Arts Center’s “Earth, Wind and Fire” exhibition. I’m currently in Gallery Blink’s “illumination” show in Lexington. I’ve shown in MGNE’s “Small Show of Big Works” and at the CAA’s
